In all circumstances where external partners (China Sage Consultants), resellers, contractors and subcontractors may become aware of personal and confidential information, confidentiality arrangements apply.

 

We are permitted by the Privacy Act to disclose relating information to members of the Sage business alliance group when it pertains to specific international and domestic projects set forth by clients. This enables contributing parties an integrated view of the development of set forth projects. Any such disclosure is controlled by the Privacy Act. Without your consent, other members of the Sage business alliance group may not use or disclose your information for purposes other than for which your information was originally collected and intended. All members of the Sage business alliance group observe the same standard of privacy and information handling practices.

 

We take our obligations to protect client information very seriously and we make every effort to deal only with parties who share and demonstrate the same ethical practice.

 

Australian Sage do not need to collect personal information about you in order undertake and complete a project. However, you will be asked to provide key information to assist us determine and complete set forth projects. If you wish to voluntarily provide personal information to assist us better serve you then we will expressly ask you for it.

 

Detailed information, for instance is required by Australian Sage in order for you to receive further information or professional advice from Australian Sage in order to accurately determine pricing and project outcomes. Australian Sage will use and manage this privacy information in accordance with all applicable privacy laws in the Commonwealth of Australia. We will not share your personal or confidential information with any organisation not related to the objectives of the commissioned project, and if necessary, and only with your consent to China Sage Consultants and affiliate alliance partners.
