ABOUT THESE TERMS OF TRADE CONDITIONS

These terms apply to your use of the Australian Sage company website, services and resources provided.

By accessing our website you are deemed to have accepted these terms. If you do not agree to them you must stop using and viewing this site and exit the Australian Sage website.

These terms may be revised at any time without notice. You are responsible for reviewing these terms on each occasion that you revisit the site and if you continue to use the Australian Sage site after changes are made you are deemed to have accepted them.

Pricing Policy
All prices quoted are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Omissions and errors are excluded. Quotations are valid on date of issue only. Hourly rates are provided in writing within a prepared quotation, which is available upon an agreement to proceed.  Pricing and Rates are subject to the type of project that is to be conducted and will vary from project to project depending on the scope of the project.  Please contact our office for the applicable price or rate for the services you would like to request.

Unit rates
Rates are charged in 30 minute increments for each period that is applied to your project, this includes any travel time that attracts travel costs associated with your project. All onsite visits are charged for a minimum of one hour, then in 30 minute increments. Travel time from our office to sites will be charged in addition to the onsite service costs in 30 minute increments.

Payment
Payments are 50% deposit of the quotation order prior to commencing project.  Remaining balance is to be paid based on quotation terms for specified project.  Payments for ongoing contractual service costs are due within 7 days of invoice date. All charges incurred, as a result of dishonoured cheques are the responsibility of the client. Australian Sage reserves the right to charge a $80 administration and documentation fee for related incurred costs.

Limitations of Limited Warranties
Australian Sage make no warranty whatsoever with respect to software, hardware solution or system and "with all faults." Inclusive of 'Affiliate' Partner performance and purchased 'Resources'.

IN NO EVENT SHALL AUSTRALIAN SAGE BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR LOST PROFITS OR OTHER SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES, LOSSES, COSTS OR EXPENSES OF ANY KIND, HOWEVER CAUSED, AND WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER THEORY OF LIABILITY REGARDLESS OF WHETHER AUSTRALIAN SAGE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, LOSSES, COSTS OR EXPENSES. EXCEPT AS SET FORTH HEREIN, AUSTRALIAN SAGE MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND DISCLAIM AND NEGATE ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND CONFORMITY TO MODELS OR SAMPLES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

PRIVACY
This website and Australian Sage may include areas where you are requested to input information about yourself. Any personal data you submit to us through this website shall be subject to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
